hOW DO I BOOK MY WEDDING?
Fill out our bridal request form! We will review your wedding details and if we are available for the requested date we will be in touch with you ASAP with a full price quote and contract details. A non-refundable $150 deposit will be due at the time of signing to secure your date.
What is the traveling fee?
A travel fee may be charged based on where your on-site wedding or event services are being performed. Travel fee is up to the discretion of the company. The traveling fee covers the cost of gas, mileage, and time. If your wedding or event is out of town, we require sleeping accommodations for the night before if your start time is in the morning. In the event where I Do Crew employees will need to pay for parking or valet accommodations. It may be added to your invoice/charged to your hotel room.
how DO i pay?
Cash and Square Invoice are accepted forms of payment. If paying by cash we must receive the full amount in a lump sum upon our team's arrival before any services begin. If you wish to give gratuity to any of our artists we ask that you do so in person and not include this on your final payment.
How Can I Be PREPARED FOR MY BrIDAL TRIAL?
Bridal trials are performed 1-2 Sundays each month at our in-home studio in Romeo, MI. Brides are encouraged to bring everything you will be wearing on your big day such as your veil, jewelry, and so on. Bride/Client must come with clean dry hair, fresh face and light layer of moisturizer. Please come with photos of inspiration that have a similar hair type, texture, and length as your own. Please be fully transparent in your likes, dislikes, and concerns in your trial. If your concerns and adjustments aren’t addressed in the first trial, you may request a retrial for a discounted rate.
WHat DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR THE DAY OF?
ALL bridesmaids need to be arrived and ready at the start time agreed upon as we do not book our services in individual time slots. Bridal party must come with dry hair. Blow dries are NOT included in the service cost and push our timing behind. Although you may choose to receive a blowout instead of an updo or style. It is the bride's responsibility to communicate the importance of everyone being on time and properly prepared. Adding on any additional services day-of are based upon stylist/makeup artist availability and discretion. Your stylists will provide all tools, pins, makeup, and styling products necessary for services. A set up table, work area, chairs, trash can, and outlets will need to be made available to your stylists. Good lighting is a plus! We ask that this designated area be ready when we arrive as this helps save time.
How can i cut down on timing?
You may request to add on an additional artist to assist and cut down on the time frame for getting ready. The additional artist fee is $150. This add on is subject to our artists availability.
wHAT iF I hAVE WEDDING CHANGES DUE TO COVID?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company continues to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, consistent with the health and safety laws. If anyone in the party is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has recently tested positive for the virus, services will not be provided to them. If your wedding needs to be scheduled to another date due to covid restrictions we will do our best to accommodate the new date as long as we have it available. It is important for our brides to know that the same stylists and makeup artists may not be available on the rescheduled date. In this case a new trial can be purchased and performed by your new artists if there is availability. COVID-19 cancellations are not exempt from our cancellation policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event the client cancels 30 days before the event date, the client will only be responsible for paying the deposit. Cancellation must be sent in writing via email to melanie.dinkel@gmail.com. Confirmation of cancellation notice must be obtained. If the client fails to let the company know of cancellation within 30 days of the event date, the client must pay 50% of the balance due. If the client fails to cancel within 14 days or less of the wedding date, the client will be responsible for paying 100% of the balance due.
